Agnes "Peggy" M. Bryant

EAST BROOKFIELD: Agnes Margaret "Peggy" Bryant,86, formerly of Harrington St., East Brookfield, died Wednesday, July 10th in Quaboag Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center, West Brookfield after a long illness. She was the wife of Kirk M. Bryant who died in 1989. She leaves her daughter; Deborah M. Halpin and her husband Mark of Valatie, NY., her son; Kory M. Bryant and his wife Amy of North Brookfield, her sister; Ann Hurd and her husband Raymond of Auburn, 11 grandchildren and a great granddaughter, nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her daughter; Lori M. Bryant in 2024, her brother; John Buckley in 2024 and her sister; Patricia Racine in 2016.
Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of John F. and Margaret M. (Quinn) Buckley and later graduated from Auburn High School.
Peggy was a sports enthusiast and was a member of the Leicester Women's Golf League, various area bowling leagues, and an avid kayakist. She was a member of St. Joseph's Parish and the Lake Lashaway Association.
Her funeral will be held on Monday, July 15th from the J.HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer with a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph's Church, 296 N.Main St., North Brookfield. Burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery, North Brookfield. Calling hours are Sunday, July 14th from 4 to 6 p.m. in the funeral home.
