Andre R. Foucault

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA/SPENCER; Andre R. Foucault, 68, of 3111 West Hammer Lane, died Friday, November 26 at his home in Las Vegas.

He leaves his wife Janet (Martin) Foucault, three sons; John Foucault of Putnam, CT, Stephen Foucault of Spencer, James Foucault of Nevada, three daughters; Charlene Kopec of CT, Michele Pascale of Ware, Wendy Hooper of Lawrenceville, GA, two sisters; Denise Harpin of Spencer, Micheline Boutillette of Webster, 13 grandchildren; Melissa, Dillon, Samantha, Brian, Timothy, Jillienne, Kasey, Drew, Alec, Nicholas, Morgan, James and Felicia.

Born in Montreal, Canada he was the son of Achille & Cecile (Prefontaine) Foucault and lived most of his life in Spencer until moving to Las Vegas in 2000.

Mr. Foucault was a truck driver for 44 years with the Local 170 Teamsters in Worcester, retiring in 2007. He was an Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a past commander of Gaudette-Kirk Post 138 in Spencer.

A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, December 4 at 12 p.m. in the J. HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer. Calling hours will precede the Service from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
