Anita L. Knowles

Anita L. (O'Connor) Knowles, 81, of 204 Auburn Street in the
Cherry Valley Section of Leicester and formerly of North Andover died
Tuesday, Jan. 1 in Overlook Masonic Home after an illness.
Her husband John M. Knowles, Jr. died in 2000. She leaves a daughter
Linda A. Zagorski and her husband Lee of Cherry Valley. Two grandsons Brian
J. and Christopher L. Zagorski and a grand daughter Stacy L. Zagorski.
Mrs. Knowles was born in Boston, daughter of Walter and Marion (Colby)
O'Connor. She was a bank teller at Andover Savings Bank before retiring.
She was a former member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in North Andover.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, Jan. 5 at 11:00 AM in
MORIN-MORRISON FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main Street, Leicester. Burial will be at
the convenience of the family in Ridgewood Cemetery, North Andover. A
calling hour will be held Saturday from 10:00-11:00 AM preceding the
service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Leicester
Lions Park, C/O Lee Zagorski, 204 Auburn Street, Cherry Valley, MA 01611.
