Anne Marie Ethier

WORCESTER: Anne Marie Ethier,85, of Worcester, died Friday, July 18th at Jewish Healthcare Center. She leaves her brother; Gerard R. Ethier and his wife Tricia of York, ME, her sister; Annette M. Raffier of Barre, nephews; Mark Raffier and his wife Tammy of Jacksonville, FL, and John Raffier and his wife Michelle of Durham, NC, great nephews; Nate, Ben & Will and a great niece; Kaitlyn. She is predeceased by her brother in law; Donald Raffier.
Anne Marie was a dedicated schoolteacher in the Warren (MA) Elementary School for over 35 years, retiring in 1999. She enjoyed walking, vacations, the beach and biking. She was a member of St. Francis of the Assisi Church in Barre. The family would like to thank the Jewish Healthcare Center for their compassionate care of Annette.
Born in Ware, she was the daughter of Roland A. and Annette M. (Lamoureux) Ethier and later graduated from Maria Assumpta Academy in Petersham, and Rivier College in Nashua, NH.
Her funeral will be held on Monday, July 21 from the J.HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer with a funeral Mass at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 7 Church St., Spencer. A calling hour will be held on Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home prior to the Mass. Burial will follow in Mary, Queen of the Rosary Cemetery, Spencer. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
