Arthur C. Mccaffrey

SPENCER; Arthur C. McCaffrey, 86, of 25 Church St., died Friday, September 4 at his home.

He was the husband of Theresa M. (Boucher) who died in 2000.

He leaves a son Brian G. McCaffrey and his wife Kathy of Spencer, a grandson, Connor McCaffrey, a granddaughter, Meghan McCaffrey and a brother Thomas McCaffrey of Worcester.

He was pre-deceased by two brothers and a sister.

Born in Boston, he was the son of Charles & Mary (Meehan) McCaffrey.

Mr. McCaffrey worked as a clerk at Tom McCann in Auburn. He was an Army veteran of WWII and was a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Spencer.

A Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, September 8 at 10 A.M. in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 7 Church St., Spencer. Burial will follow in Mary, Queen of the Rosary Cemetery. At the family's request, calling hours are private. The J. HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., are directing arrangements.
