Barbara A. Fafard

Barbara A. (Walsh) Fafard, 83, of 3 Ashview Dr., died Wednesday, August 6 at the Radius Healthcare Center in Worcester.
She leaves two sons; Michael G. Pelkey of Key West, Florida, Lawrence A. Pelkey and his wife Beverly of St. Petersburg, Florida, a daughter, Patricia L. Tache and her husband Paul of Spencer with whom she lived, a sister Phyllis Kelleher of Worcester, two grandchildren; Lisa Haberski & Christopher Lewis and a great-grandson, Justin Haberski.
Born in Worcester she was the daughter of John M. & Ellen (Moore) Walsh and lived most of her life in Warwick, R.I. before moving here in 2003.
A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Spencer. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. Please omit flowers, contributions may be made to the VNA Care Hospice, c/o the Development Office at 120 Thomas St., Worcester, MA. 01608. The J.
