Claire S. (Beaudreau) Sauvageau

SPENCER: Claire S. (Beaudreau) Sauvageau,84, of Spencer, died Monday, Dec. 5th, in Quaboag Nursing & Rehabilitation, West Brookfield. She leaves her husband of 20 years, David N. Sauvageau, her sons; Leo E. Berthiaume and his wife Cindy of Athol, and John S. Berthiaume and his wife Brenda of Spencer, her daughters; Marie T. Sandoli of Spencer, Lucille A. Arnold and her husband Kenneth of Upper Marlboro, MD, and Bonnie L. Berthiaume of E. Brookfield, a brother; Paul Beaudreau and his wife Helen of Lebanon, CT, and a sister; Rita Berthiaume of Spencer, 29 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Claire was a longtime hairdresser and former owner of Depot Hairstyling in Spencer, prior to her retirement. She was born in Worcester, the daughter of Louis and Olivine (Gouin) Beaudreau and later graduated from Worcester Girls Trade School. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Church. Claire's funeral will be held on Thursday, Dec. 15th., from the J.HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer with a Memorial Mass at 10 a.m. in St. John the Baptist Church, No. Brookfield Rd., E. Brookfield. A calling hour will precede from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Mary, Queen of the Rosary Cemetery, Spencer.
