David P. Butnus Sr.

David P. Butnus, Sr., 65, of 33 Lincoln Street, died Tuesday, Oct.
11 in his home after an illness.
He leaves his wife of 46 years, Elaine R. (Jezerski) Butnus, two
daughters Laurie F. Socha and her husband Christopher of Spencer and Chrissy
E. Piscopo and her husband Tony of Leicester, two sisters Albina Kovolaski
of Worcester and Nancy Meskus of Charlton, 4 grandchildren, 3
great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a brother. A son David P. Butnus,
Jr. died Oct.1.
Mr. Butnus was born in Worcester son of Stanley and Anna (Zabblo) Butnus.
He drove trucks for the Hallamore Trucking & Rigging Co. for 20 years
retiring in 1990. He enjoyed collecting coins and fishing.
The funeral service will be held Friday, Oct. 14 at 6:00 PM in J. HENRI
MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer. Burial will be at the
convenience of the family. Calling hours are Friday from 4:00-6:00 PM in
the funeral home. Please omit flowers.
