David W. Putnam

LEICESTER: David W. Putnam, 61, of Leicester, passed away unexpectedly on March 13th at UMASS Medical Center, Worcester. His beloved wife of 30 years, Sharon (LaMonda) Putnam died in 2015.

He leaves his son; Jarrod D. Putnam of Leicester, sisters; Patricia Rochefort of Leicester and Sandy Millward of Port St. Lucy FL, his brothers; Ronald Putnam of Worcester, Frank Putnam Jr of Fleming Island, and several nieces and nephews. He also leaves his long time partner Lisa Barron of Worcester.

Born in Worcester, the son of Frank E. and Dorothea (Bond) Putnam, he graduated from South High in Worcester. Dave was an Project Manager/Estimator for Builders Systems in Auburn for 30 years. He enjoyed hitting the road on his Harley or in his '67 Firebird. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Memorial calling hours will be held on Tuesday, March 25th from 5-7p.m. with a prayer service at 7p.m. in the MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main St., Leicester. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to; American Heart Assoc., P.O. Box 417005, Boston, MA 02241.
