Doris G. (Beliveau) Powers

PAXTON; Doris G. (Beliveau) Powers, 84, of 351 Marshall St., died Wednesday, December 29 at The Meadows of Leicester.

She was the wife of Thomas S. Powers who died in 1998.

She leaves two daughters; Doris M. Whitworth and her husband David of Paxton with whom she lived, Patricia K. LeBoeuf and her husband Robert LeBoeuf, Jr. of Sterling, her twin sister, Dorothy B. Mioglionico of Paxton, 4 grandchildren; David Whitworth, Jr., and Michelle Whitworth Gallant of Leicester, Amy LeBoeuf Paquin of Rindge,NH.,and Jennifer LeBoeuf of Holden, 7 great-grandchildren; Ryan and Jacob Whitworth, Peyton and Mia Gallant, Makayla and Jenna Paquin and James Ladner, several nieces and nephews.

She was pre-deceased by her brothers; Andrew, Ernest,Herve and Gene Beliveau and a sister Lillian Lyons.

Born in Lawrence, she was the daughter of Peter H. & Octavie (Caron) Beliveau.

Mrs. Powers was a member of St. Columba Church in Paxton. She enjoyed playing board games with her twin sister and traveling. Her greatest joy in life was her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and her dogs.

The funeral will be held Monday, January 3, from the MORRISON-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main St., Leicester, with a Mass at 10 A.M. in St. Columba Church, 18 Richards Ave., Paxton. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Leicester. Calling hours are Sunday from 2 to 5 P.M. in the funeral home.
