Doris R. Plouffe

LEICESTER: Doris R. (Paul) Plouffe, 82 formerly of 4 Woodland Dr., died Saturday, March 10 at Shrewsbury Nursing & Rehab Center.

She was the wife of David W. Plouffe who died in 1988. She leaves her daughter Kathryn G. Connors and her husband Dennis of Brimfield, two sisters Connie Cloutier of Sutton and Gloria Chabot of Woonsocket, RI., nieces and nephews.

Doris was a shirt designer at Worcester Knitting Co. for 40 years, retiring in 1988.

Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of Edward and Clara (Desmarais) Paul and later graduated from Leicester High School.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, March 15 at 1p.m. in Notre Dame Mausoleum, Worcester. There are no calling hours.
