Eleanor M. Gadbois

BROOKFIELD: Eleanor M. (Cantwell) Gadbois, 75, of Conestoga Trail, died Tuesday, April 26 in UMass Memorial Hospital, Worcester.
She leaves her husband of 34 years, Joseph W. Gadbois, two step-daughters; Susan Welch of Cape Cod and Debra Carey and her husband Ronald of Bristol, CT, two brothers; Roderick Cantwell and Thomas Cantwell of Worcester, 5 step-grandchildren, 6 step-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother Walter Cantwell and a sister Lorraine Goodale.
Eleanor was born in Boston, daughter of Walter and Mary (Cummings) Cantwell. She was a team leader at Harleysville Insurance Co. for 45 years retiring in 2008. She enjoyed gardening, floral arranging and crafts.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 6 at 10:00 AM in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. There are no calling hours. J.
