Gerald Bernard

SPENCER: Gerald E. Bernard, Jr. 40, of 54 Smithville Rd., died Thursday,
Sept. 27 at UMASS Memorial-119 Belmont St., Worcester surrounded by his
loving family.
He is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Lisa L. (Scribner) Bernard,
and their beautiful daughters Kimberlee Ciufo and her husband Mark of
No.Brookfield, and Allyson Bernard at home, his parents Gerald E. and Susan
J. (Adams) Bernard, Sr. of Shrewsbury, his best friend and brother Joseph
Bernard and his wife Erin of Fitchburg, two sisters Sandra Marcello and her
husband Matt and their two sons Matthew and Christopher of Shrewsbury, and
Jennifer Smith and her husband Martin of Goode, Va.
Jerry was an electrician and partner along with his father in Bernard
Electric Co. of Shrewsbury, where he worked for the past 23 years.
He was raised in Shrewsbury and graduated from St. John's High School and
attended Northeastern Univ. in Boston. Born in Worcester, he lived in
Spencer for the past 17 years.
Jerry cherished his family, friendships and lived life to the fullest.
Funeral services will be held at 5p.m., Sunday Sept. 30 in the J.HENRI MORIN
& SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer. Burial will be at a later date
in Pine Grove Cemetery, Spencer. Calling hours for Jerry are Sunday from 2
to 5p.m. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made
to Bernard Children's Fund, c/o Spencer Savings Bank, 176 Main St., Spencer,
Ma. 01562.
