Gordon C. Patterson

Gordon C. Patterson 90 of 19 Pine Ridge Dr., died Monday Oct. 27 at home. He leaves his wife of 27 years, Linda L. (Bruce) Patterson, several nieces and nephews, including David C. Bruce, Jr. and James W. Bruce of Leicester. A sister, Marion Oikle-Lindblad, predeceased him. His first wife, Rose L. (Mikallakawich) Patterson died in 1975.

Mr. Patterson was a clerk for 28 years at Mass. Electric Co. in Worcester, retiring in 1976. He was an Army veteran of WWII and an AirForce veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of the Chester P. Tuttle Post 279 -American Legion in Auburn and Pilgram Congregational Church in Worcester where he was a Trustee and Deacon. He graduated from South High in Worcester. He enjoyed fishing on Cape Cod and traveling. Born in Worcester, he was the son of Gilbert and Matilda (Hawkins) Patterson.

A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday Oct. 29 at 10 a.m. in Morrison-Morin Funeral Home, 1131 Main St., Leicester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
