Helen R. Schliker

LEICESTER: Helen R. Schliker,99, of Leicester, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Dec. 3rd. in her home.
Helen was employed by Paul Revere Insurance Co. in Worcester for 45 years, before retiring in 1992. She was born in Leicester, the daughter of Clark V. and Rose (Casale) Schliker and later graduated from Leicester High School. She was a member of St.Joseph/St. Pius X Parish. She leaves her cousin Ann (Casale) Power and her husband Jon of West Yarmouth, MA, her sister-in-law, Judy Schliker of Wellesley, MA and many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her siblings Richard, Mary, Anna, Charles, and Frances, Mary's husband Carleton McCluskey, Anna's husband Robert Beahn, and France's ex-husband William Conley and cousin Anne Cheney.
Her funeral Mass will be held on Monday, Dec. 8th at 11 a.m. in St. Pius X Church, 1161 Main St., Leicester. Friends are invited to gather at the church from 10:30a.m. prior to the Mass. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Leicester. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Second Chance Animal Services, P.O. Box 136, E.Brookfield, MA, 01515. for her love of dogs.
