Hilda J. Young

SPENCER: Hilda J. (Jennings) Young, 75, of Lakeshore Dr., died Saturday, July 30, at St. Vincent Hospital, after a brief illness. She leaves her daughter, Cheryl Dion and husband Wayne of Westborough, and two grandchildren, Evelyn and Jacob. She is survived by her longtime companion, Terry Looney. She was born in Worcester, the daughter of Mason and Ethel (Pugsley) Jennings. She graduated from Westborough High School and received her Bachelors Degree from UMASS Amherst. Hilda was a ward secretary at the old St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester many years ago. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on September 10 at New Hope Chapel in Westborough. Burial will take place at a later date in Pine Grove Cemetery, Spencer. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to New Hope Chapel, 30 Milk St., Westborough. J.
