Hugh R. Mckelvey

Hugh R. McKelvey,88, of 23 Deer Pond Dr., died Wednesday, Feb. 21
at Parson's Hill Nursing & Rehab Center in Worcester.
He was the husband of Ida (Scrivano) McKelvey who died in 2002. He leaves
two sons; Scott H. McKelvey and his wife Karen of Westborough, Robert K.
McKelvey and his wife Dawn of Knoxville, TN., a daughter, Kerrie D. Chobot
and her husband Wayne of Barre, 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.
Born in Toronto, Canada he was the son of Robert S. & Florence (Ashton)
McKelvey
Mr. McKelvey was a school bus inspector for 10 years with the Department of
Transporation in New York, retiring in 1985. He was an Army veteran of WW
II.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, February 24 at 10:30 a.m. in the
MORRISON-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main St., Leicester. Entombment will take
place in Notre Dame Mausoleum, Worcester. Calling hours are Friday from 6-8
p.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to
