Irene A. Labrie

LEICESTER: Irene A. (Noyes) LaBrie, 93, formerly of Pleasant Street died Monday, April 29 in Lutheran Healthcare Center in Worcester.

Her husband Edward P. LaBrie died in 2005. She leaves a grandson Michael LaBrie of Boston, a granddaughter Lauren LaBrie of Concord, her daughter-in-law Donna LaBrie of Concord, a niece Diane Leverson of Manchester, CT and several other nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her son David P. LaBrie, a brother Russell Noyes and a sister Pauline Saba.

Mrs. LaBrie was born in Lee, Maine, daughter of Leonard and Alta (Coffin) Noyes. She worked in the cafeteria at Leicester High School several years ago. She was a member of St. Aloysius-St. Jude Church. She and her husband loved to dance and spend their winters in Florida. She enjoyed residing in and the Staff at the Lutheran Healthcare Center.

The funeral will be held Thursday, May 2 from MORIN-MORRISON FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main Street, Leicester with a Mass at 10:00 AM in St. Aloysius-St. Jude Church, 489 Pleasant Street, Leicester. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester. A calling hour will precede the funeral from 8:45-9:45 AM. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Lutheran Healthcare Center, 26 Harvard St., Worcester, MA 01609.
