Irene M. Rossi

WEBSTER/LEICESTER: Irene M. (Dumaine) Rossi,87, of Webster and formerly of 508 Pleasant St., Leicester, died Sunday, Feb. 2nd. in Southbridge Rehab & Healthcare Center after a long illness..She leaves her son; Jonathan C. Davis and his wife Patricia of Pomfret, CT., her daughters; Lisa A. Davis of Leicester, and Heather M. Rossi of Cherry Valley, her sister; Phyllis R. Monahan of Dudley, grandchildren; Amy K. Bolak of Spencer, Hillary LePoer of Spencer and Joshua Donisvitch and his wife Maylanie of Ft. Campbell, KY, nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by a great grandson; Kylo Bolack and a great granddaughter; Mia Donisvitch. Her first husband; Charles M. Davis died in 1963.
She was born in Worcester, the daughter of Ernest A. and Rhona M. (Cunningham) Dumaine and later graduated from South High School in Worcester.
Irene was an administrative assistant at Genzyme Corp. in Charlton for many years, retiring in 2008.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, Feb. 7th at 11 a.m. in the MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main St., Leicester A calling hour will precede the service from 10 to 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester.
