Janet E Brown

LEICESTER: Janet E. (Smith) Brown,85, of 1075 Main St., died suddenly at her home on Monday, Oct. 2nd.She was the wife of William M. Brown who died in 1991. She leaves her daughter; Lauren A. Brown and her significant other, James McDonald of Leicester, her brother; Raymond Smith of Worcester, granddaughter; Amber-Lynne Army of SanJuan, P.R., grandson; Michael Army, great granddaughters; Grace and Ivarie and several nieces and nephews.
Janet was a long time switchboard operator at the Fallon Clinic in Worcester prior to her retirement.
She was born in Worcester, the daughter of Harland and Hermina (Boudreau) Smith and later graduated from Leicester High School. She often attended the Leicester Senior Center.
A funeral service for Janet will be held on Thursday, Oct. 5 at 11 a.m. in the MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main St., Leicester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
