Joseph W. Germaine

Joseph W. Germaine, 85, of Anaheim, formerly of Paxton and Worcester died Friday, April 9 in Anaheim Regional Medical Center after being stricken ill at home.

His wife Anne M. (Cross) Germaine died in 2004. He leaves a brother Frank J. Germaine of Leicester and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Germaine was born in Worcester, son of Frank A. and Blanche (Doherty) Germaine. He graduated from Commerce High School in Worcester. He was a Postal Clerk in Orange, CA for 8 years retiring in 1989, prior to that he was a chef at Disney Land for several years.

The funeral will be held Saturday, April 17 from MORIN-MORRISON FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main Street, Leicester with a Mass at 10:00 AM in St. Pius X Church, 1153 Main Street, Leicester. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester. A calling hour will preceded the funeral from 8:45-9:45 AM.
