Joyce C. Kay

SPENCER: Joyce C. (Ring) Kay ,86, of Howe Village, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 21 in St. Mary's Healthcare, Worcester after a long illness.
She was the wife of George R. Kay who passed away on Jan. 16th of this year.
She leaves her 3 sons; Ralph Kay and his wife Ada of No.Brookfield, Randy Kay and his wife Cindy of Warren and Douglas Kay and his wife Jane of Brookfield; a sister in law Mary Ring, and her 2 daughters Bonnie and Gail, 2 nephews Michael & Craig Robertson, 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She is predeceased by a brother Wendell Ring, Jr.
Joyce worked in the mortgage dept. at the former Worcester County Institution for Savings for 13 years, retiring in 1986.
Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of Wendell and Ruth (Slattery) Ring, and lived here most of her life.

Private graveside services will be held in Pine Grove Cemetery, Leicester. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Spencer Rescue Squad, 6 Bixby Rd., Spencer, MA 01562. The J.HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer is directing arrangements for the family.
