Judith A. Leary

SPENCER: Judith Anne Leary,81, of Spencer, died suddenly, Saturday, Oct. 5th. at her home.She leaves her longtime best friend since childhood, Nancy M. Nussey and her husband Donald of Spencer and their family who she considered her own; Alan Nussey and his wife Kimberly, Craig Nussey and his wife Kathy and Denise Schlegel and her husband Wayne and all of their children.
Judy was a disability claims specialist for several Worcester area governmental agencies prior to her retirement.
She was born in Worcester, the daughter of Daniel E. and Margaret E. (Duprey) Leary and later graduated from South High School in Worcester, Anna Maria College in Paxton (BS), and earned a Master's Degree from Worcester State College. She loved all animals, especially her numerous cats and dogs.
A  Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 15th. at 1:15 p.m. in St. John's Cemetery, Worcester. The  J.HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Second Chance Animal Services, P. O. Box 136, E.Brookfield, MA 01515.
