Judith I Mikat

LEICESTER; Judith I. (Knox) Mikat,83, of the Cherry Valley of Leicester, died Saturday, July 11 in UMASS Medical Center, Worcester. She leaves her husband of 56 years, George Mikat and his daughter; Kimberly, and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her brothers; Walter, Charles, Herbert and Robert Knox., her sisters; Alma Morrow, Helena Blake, Lois Richardson, Norma Pong, and her stepson; Jonathan Mikat in 2025. Judy worked as a secretary for Rexnord Corp. in Worcester prior to her retirement. She was born in Worcester, the daughter of Horace D. and Anna B. (Starbard) Knox and later graduated from the former Commerce High School in Worcester. She enjoyed crossword puzzles.

A Funeral Service for Judy will be held on Wednesday, July 15th at 11 a.m. in the MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main St., Leicester. A calling hour will precede the service from 10 to 11a.m. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
