Karen Goyette

Karen A. ( Welch) Goyette, 65, of 112 Mannville Street died Saturday, Dec. 17 in her home after an illness.

She leaves her husband of 45 years, Clifford P. Goyette, her daughter Cindy L. Maki and her husband Michael of Rutland, a grandson Michael E. Maki, Jr., a brother, three sisters, several nieces

and nephews and a beloved friend Stanley Gutridge of Worcester.

Mrs. Goyette was born in Worcester, daughter of Waldo and Edna (Martin) Welch. She worked in the bakery at Wal-Mart in Leicester before retiring due to illness.

The funeral will be Wednesday, Dec. 21 at 11:00 AM in MORRISON-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main Street, Leicester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. A calling hour will precede the service from 10:00-11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Vincent Hospital,c/o Oncology Department, 123 Summer Street, Worcester, MA 01608.
