Kathleen M. Ackerman

SPENCER: Kathleen M. (Conway) Ackerman, 76, passed away peacefully Saturday, January 27, 2024, at her home in Spencer with her family by her side.

Kathy was born in Worcester, the daughter of Eugene and Mildred (Case) Conway. She is survived by her granddaughters, Tiana and Ciera Maldonado of Spencer, her sister, Margaret Seaver of Leicester, her son-in-law, Julio Maldonado of Spencer, and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her daughter, Tina M. Maldonado, her brothers, Eugene Jr. and Paul Conway, William, Earl, and Richard Kroser, and her sister, Mary Wilson.

Kathy enjoyed listening to her police scanner, doing light yard work, and watching her regularly scheduled television programs. Above all, Kathy loved taking care of and spending time with her family.

Kathy's funeral will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2024, from the Morin Funeral Home, 1131 Main St, Leicester with a Funeral Mass at 10 AM in St. Pius X Church, 1161 Main St, Leicester. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Worcester. Calling hours will precede the Mass in the funeral home from 8:30-9:30 AM.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Jewish Home Hospice.
