Kathleen M. (Dahlstrom) Sovchuk

SPENCER: Kathleen M. (Dahlstrom) Sovchuk 42 of Chestnut St., died Saturday, Dec. 6 at home.

She leaves her husband of 23 years, Mark P. Sovchuk, Sr., two sons Mark P. Sovchuk, Jr. of Colorado, and Christopher A. Sovchuk of Worcester, her parents Roy and Joan (Williams) Dahlstrom of Sterling, two brothers Matthew Dahlstrom and his wife Thyra of Milwaukee, Wisc., and Michael Dahlstrom and his wife Michelle of Webster, a sister Krissy Dahlstrom-Young and her husband David of Boylston, nieces and nephews.

Kathy was born in Worcester, raised in Sterling before moving to Spencer in 2000. She attended Wachusett Regional High School in Holden. She was an avid NASCAR and Red Sox Fan. She loved staying home raising her two boys.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 10 from 4 to 7p.m. in the J.HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer. Funeral services are private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 85 Astor Ave #2, Norwood, Ma. 02062.
