Kenneth W. Granger

STURBRIDGE: Kenneth W. Granger, 86, of Colonial Drive and Boynton Beach, FL died Thursday, October, 24 in his home after and illness.

He leaves his wife of 55 years, Beverly L. (Dowd) Granger, a son Bruce W. Granger and his fiancée Valerie Garceau of Ware, a daughter Cheryl A. Raczynski of Brookfield, five grandchildren Nicole and Michelle Raczynski and Emily, Katelyn and Michael Granger.

Mr. Granger was born in Worcester, son of Walter L. and Mildred (LeMay) Granger. He was a mechanic at Ragsdale Chevrolet in Spencer for 20 years before retiring in 1990. He served his country during WW II in the United States Navy. He was a member of Athelston Lodge AF & AM in Worcester.

The funeral will be held Saturday, Oct. 26 at 1:00 PM in MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main St., Leicester. Burial in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton will be at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will be Saturday, from 10:00 AM- 1:00 PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Overlook Hospice, 88 Masonic Home Rd., Charlton, MA 01507.
