ROCHDALE: Leo F. Boucher, 88, passed away on Wednesday, November 27th at Blaire House of Worcester after battling with dementia.
He leaves his wife of 67 years, Charlotte J. (Lee) Boucher, his son Kenneth L Boucher; 3 daughters, Brenda L. Senosk, Lorrie A. Boucher and Cheryl Choquette and her husband Wayne; 8 grandchildren; Sheena, Nathan, Marlee, Connor, Katie, Tabitha, Keith, and Krystal; 5 great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his son Keith D. Boucher; his 2 brothers Keith Boucher and Russell Boucher, and his sister Janice Gilmore.
He was born in Boston, son of the late Joseph and Lillian (Tingman) Boucher. He joined the Airforce in 1954 and soon after married his beloved wife. He worked for Worcester Controls Corporation as a machinist for many years and shortly after at L.B.L. Tool Company. He loved all animals, especially the many cats he had through the years and most recently his adopted cat, Catsanova. He loved music and even taught himself to play the guitar. He enjoyed square dancing and was a member of the Spencer Grand Squares for many years. He also loved tinkering and fixing things. He was a hard worker and great provider to his family. He also loved going to the beach, specifically Hampton Beach. More importantly, he loved spending time with his family.
A calling hour will be held on Wednesday, December 4th from 6:00-7:00 PM followed by a funeral service at 7:00 PM in the J. HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Second Chance Animal Services P.O. Box 136, East Brookfield, MA 01515
