Linda L. Belair

WORCESTER: Linda L. (LaPage) Belair, 56, of Main Street died Thursday, May 15 in St. Vincent Hospital after an illness.

She leaves a son Andrew J. Belair of Cherry Valley, Aunt and Uncle Donald & Teena Cherry, Sr. of Leicester, Aunt Doris Cherry of Leicester and several cousins.

Linda was born in Worcester, daughter of Kenneth R. and Janet A. (Cherry) LaPage. She graduated from Leicester High School and Phi Beta Kappa from Quinsigamond Community College. She was an accomplished seamstress and an avid cook. She enjoyed needlepoint and knitting. Linda gave to others right to the end donating her organs to the New England Organ Bank.

A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, May 20th at 1:00 PM in MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main Street, Leicester. Burial will follow in Rural Cemetery, Worcester. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Leicester Public Library Renovation Fund, 1136 Main Street, Leicester, MA 01524.
