Linda C. Faucher

SPENCER: Linda C. (Bercume) Faucher, 74, passed away peacefully, on Thursday, April 16th, surrounded by her loving family. She leaves her husband of 54 years, Donald R. Faucher, Jr., her sons: Keith D. Faucher and his wife Kimberly of Spencer, Jamie R. Faucher and his wife Sarah of Barre, 6 grandchildren: Abigail, Ethan, Brody, Ryan, Audrey and Maya; her sister Debra Kelly of North Brookfield, her nephew Samuel Prouty, his wife Melissa, and their children Meredith and Miles. Her siblings: Cynthia Prouty, Karen Bercume and John Bercume predeceased her. Linda was born in Worcester and raised in Spencer, the daughter of Andrew and Claire (Messier) Bercume. She graduated from David Prouty High School in 1969 and worked with US Air and other airlines for many years until her retirement. Linda loved to travel, and her condo in Punta Gorda was one of her favorite places to relax and enjoy retirement. The family annual trip to the Cape was something she planned and looked forward to all year. She treasured the little daily traditions, like playing Wordle with her friends. More than anything, Linda cherished being a mom and grandma. She was her sons’ biggest supporter and was always there for her grandchildren, especially at their sporting events and other endeavors. You could count on her to be in the stands, cheering not just for them, but for the whole team. She was incredibly thoughtful and had a special way of making people feel cared for, always remembering birthdays, anniversaries, and the moments that mattered most. All are invited to calling hours on Thursday, April 30th from 9-11 A.M. in J. HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terrace, Spencer, MA 01562 with Memorial Service to conclude the calling hours at 11 A.M.
