Marie J. O'Hare

Marie J. (Levesque) O'Hare, 89, of 4 Pitcairn Ave. died Saturday, May 7 in her home after an illness.

Her husband Robert J. O'Hare died in 1992. She leaves a son Dennis O'Hare and his wife Margaret of Mt. Joy, Penn., two daughters Judie Pardee of Southbridge and her daughter and best friend Sandie Bergeron with whom she lived, a brother Gerard Levesque of Worcester, 9 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. O'Hare was born in Quebec, Canada, daughter of Joseph and Marie (Lavoie) Levesque. She was a supervisor in the housekeeping department at St. Vincent Hospital for many years before retiring. She enjoyed knitting, playing golf and spending time with her family. She was a member of St. Joseph's Church.

A Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, May 11 at Notre Dame Cemetery, 162 Webster Street, Worcester at 11:00 AM. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Sol Amore Hospice, 415 Boston Turnpike Road, Shrewsbury, MA 01545. MORRISON-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main Street, Leicester is directing arrangements.
