SPENCER: Mark P. Green, 60, of Spencer, died Thursday, Sept. 19th in UMASS Memorial Medical Center, Worcester. The world is now short a wonderful, kind and loving soul, whom was loved by all who met him. Isn't that right Muncle Ark! He leaves his loving wife of 19 years, Dawn L. (Hauk) Green, his devoted children, his sons; Paul Green and his wife Heidi of Spencer and Shaun Green of Worcester, his daughter; Mindy Green and her fiance Paul Arquin of E. Brookfield, his best friend and brother; Joseph Green and his wife Krystal of Spencer, his sister; Deborah Jette and her husband Edward of Templeton, his grandchildren; Madysen, Ryan, Kylie, Logan, Alexa and Devon, nieces and nephews. He also leaves his step brothers; Eric and Roger Moore and stepsister; Karen Moore. He is predeceased by his brothers; Eddy, and Allan Green and sisters; Cathy Hastings and Cheryl Hathaway.
He was born in Worcester, the son of Edwin and Carol (Tremblay) Green and later graduated from Oxford High School in 1983. He was a member of the Spencer Fish & Game Club where he enjoyed horseshoes, darts and pitch. Mark was an avid sports fan, always rooting for the home team, and especially enjoyed football and baseball. Mark was a wire extruder and foreman for Montrose Wire & Cable in Auburn for over 20 years and retired due to illness a few years ago.
At his request no funeral services are planned at this time. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. The J.HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Second Chance Animal Services, P.O.
