Michael S. Sliwoski

SPENCER: Michael S. Sliwoski, 72 of Spencer, died peacefully on Tuesday, June 3rd after a brief battle with brain cancer. He leaves his wife of 34 years, Linda (Gautreau) Sliwoski; daughter, Kara Sliwoski and her husband, Brian O'Leary, of Spencer; brother, David Sliwoski and his wife Arlene, of Yarmouth Port; brother-in-laws, Albert Gautreau, Ronald Gautreau and David Gautreau; nieces and nephews, Nathaniel Sliwoski, Joanna Hackett, Jason Gautreau, Deven Gautreau and their partners; and his close friends, Fran Daige and Bill Farmer, amongst many others. Mike was the son of Charles and Mary (Wojnarowicz) Sliwoski, grew up in Cherry Valley, and graduated from St. Peter's High School. He worked in various roles at Wyman-Gordon and elsewhere through the years but eventually retired from The Entwistle Company. As a true outdoorsman, Mike enjoyed spending time on the boat with family and friends, golfing, ice fishing, and splitting wood.
