Peter H. Johnson

Peter H. Johnson, 93, of West Brookfield, died at home on Tuesday, 3/26. He leaves his wife of
20 years, Martha E. (Hobbs) Johnson, his children, Peter Johnson, Stephen Johnson, Laura
Phipps, James Johnson, Mark Johnson and stepchildren, Timothy Toomey, Kathryn Toomey
Daley, Matthew Toomey. He also leaves many grandchildren, step-grandchildren, nieces, and
nephews.

Peter was born on 1/31/31 in Webster, MA and the son of Peter and Mary (Osinski) Johnson.
He was a graduate of Bartlett High School and later served his country with the US Navy during
the Korean War. Prior to his retirement, Peter worked for Pratt Vacuum.

He was an avid history buff and restorer of antique clocks and steamer trunks, and a fun-loving
teller of jokes, always ready to enjoy a good time.

A graveside service with Military Honors will be held on Friday, April 5th in Pine Grove Cemetery, Spencer. The J. HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr. Spencer is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Veterans Inc., 69 Grove St., Worcester. 01605.
