Rena M. (Hamelin) Snow 82 of 17 Sunset Lane, died Friday Jan. 28 at Quaboag on the Common in W.Brookfield.

She leaves her husband of 60 years Robert L. Snow, a son Robert D. Snow and his wife Nancy of Avon, Ct., two daughters Gail M. St.Germain and her husband John of Uncasville, Ct., and Ann L. Cole and her husband Daniel of Spencer, a brother Armand Hamelin of Largo, Fl., a sister Marie Hamelin of Jackson, Tenn., seven grandchildren Michael St. Germain, Jill Fazekas, Lori Hedstrom, Jeffrey and Julie Cole, Gregory and Elizabeth Snow, four great grandchildren Benjamin, Gavin and Hadley Fazekas, and Jonathan St.Germain, several nieces and nephews.

Rena was a customer service representative at Spencer Savings Bank for over 15 years, before retiring in 1986.

Born in Spencer, she was the daughter of Leon and Ida (Letendre) Hamelin. She graduated from David Prouty High School in Spencer. She was a member of Mary, Queen of the Rosary Parish. Her family and her faith were the most important part of her life.

The funeral will be held on Monday, January 31 from the J.HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer with a Mass at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 7 Church St., Spencer. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are Sunday, Jan. 30 from 2 to 5p.m.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Mary, Queen of the Rosary Memorial Fund, 60 Maple St., Spencer or to the Spencer Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 147, Spencer, Ma. 01562
