BROOKFIELD; Richard P. Plaszewski, 70, of 12 Conastoga Trail, died
Wednesday, April 25 at the Quaboag on the Common Nursing Home in West
Brookfield.
He leaves his wife of 26 years, Diane A. (Crook) Plaszewski, two sons;
Robert Plaszewski and his wife Josephine of Fitzwilliam, N.H., Richard
Plaszewski of Springhill, FLA., four daughters; Debra Plaszewski of
Westminster, Doreen Arrelle and her husband Thomas of Oxford, Lynn Beardsley
of Spencer, Diane Moccia and her husband Salvadore of Mashpee, three
step-sons; Richard Baruth and Ronald Baruth both of Spencer, Stephen Dupre
of Brookfield, three step-daughters; Debra Whiston of FLA., Katherine Silva
of Worcester, Elizabeth Hasselton of Spencer, 12 grandchildren and 5
great-grandchildren.
He was pre-deceased by his first wife Marianne (Gregory) in 2001.
Born in Webster he was the son of Edward & Pauline (Pepka) Plaszewski.
Mr. Plaszewski was a wire drawer for 15 years at Wright Wire in Worcester,
retiring in 1997.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 1 at 10 a.m. in the J. HENRI
MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer. A calling hour will be
from 9 to 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Worcester
County Memorial Park, Paxton. Please omit flowers. Contributions may be made
