Born in Spencer, she was the daughter of William A. and Delia (Ethier)
Thibault and lived here all of her life.
> Mrs. Hutchins was the Town Clerk for the Town of Spencer for 25 years,

> Rita was a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Spencer Chapter of
