Robert L. "Bob" Shaw

AUBURN: Robert " Bob" L. Shaw, 79, died Wednesday, May 10 in the Life Care Center of Auburn after an illness.
He leaves his wife, Claire A. (Richard) Shaw, two brothers; Walter Shaw of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Peter Shaw and his wife Joyce of Ludlow, a sister Elizabeth Brown and her husband Rod of Springfield, and several nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by a brother Ronald Shaw.
Bob was born in Springfield, son of Walter and Irene (Fournier) Shaw. He was a foreman at McKesson Co. for many years before retiring. He served his country in the United States Army. He enjoyed traveling with his wife in their motor home.
A Graveside service will be held Thursday, May 18 at 11:00 AM in New Notre Dame Cemetery, Southbridge. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice. MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main Street, Leicester is directing funeral arrangements.
