LEICESTER: Robert "Bobby" J. Frazier, Sr., 74, of Leicester, died peacefully, on Sunday, May 10th. at his home. With profound sadness and endless love, we announce the passing of a man whose laughter, generosity, and love for life touched everyone fortunate enough to know him
Above all else, he loved his family deeply. He leaves his son; Robert J. Frazier, Jr. of Rochdale, his daughter; Stefanie M. Contois and her husband Chris of Lithia, FL., his twin brother; Richard J. Frazier of Rochdale and Thomas W. Frazier and his wife Sheila of Spencer, his granddaughter; Kailyn Contois, nieces; Diane Massouh, Amy Lapierre and her husband Jim of Leicester and Jennifer O’Day of Spencer and many cherished friends who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.
Bobby was born in Worcester, the son of John E. and Rita H. (Marco) Frazier and later graduated from Leicester High School in 1970.
He dedicated many years of his life to Saint-Gobain (Norton Co.) where he built lasting friendships and earned the respect of those around him through his hard work, humor, and genuine nature.
He was known for being the life of the party — someone who could make people laugh even during difficult times. He had a deep love for all New England sports, music, concerts, golf outings with friends, and simply enjoying the moment. He believed life was meant to be lived fully, surrounded by the people you love.
Those who knew him will remember his thoughtful heart, generous spirit, and ability to make everyone around him feel welcome. His greatest pride in life was his children and the family he helped create.
“Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.”
While his passing leaves an unimaginable void, his family finds comfort in the countless memories filled with laughter, love, and togetherness. His spirit will continue to live on in every story shared, every game watched, every song played loudly, and every moment spent appreciating life a little more fully because of him.
