Robert Contestabile

SPENCER: Robert Contestabile, 89, of Spencer, a longtime local musician and bass player professionally known as Bob Conte, died Sunday, Oct. 3 in his home. He was the husband of Evelyn M. (Metterville) Contestabile who died in 2019 and leaves: nephew John Contestabile (VA); neice Zephryn Conte (AZ) and first cousin Elizabeth (Contestabile) Falcione (CA). Born in Medford, he was the son of Frank and Mary (DiGiovani) Contestabile. Private services and burial will be held in Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton.
