BROOKFIELD: Roland M. Constantineau, Jr.,65, of Brookfield, died suddenly, Wednesday, July 5th. after a brief illness in UMASS Memorial Hospital, Worcester.
He leaves his wife of 20 years, Brenda M. (Lavallee) Constantineau, his daughters; Sanice Constantineau of Palatka, FL., Amy Nussey and her fiancé Shane Logan of E.Brookfield, Amanda Starr and her husband Mitchell of E.Brookfield, and Paige Tatro and her husband Dyllon of Brookfield, his son; Roland E. Constantineau of Palatka, FL., his brother; James Constantineau and his wife Becky of Fl., 5 sisters; Lisa Hitchcock and her husband "Runt" of Palatka, Fl., Susan Cropley and her husband Andrew of Palatka, Fl., Patricia Shannon of Brookfield, Darlene Shannon of No.Brookfield and Annette Benson of Brookfield, 9 1/2 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Roland was born in Worcester, son of the late; Roland M. Constantineau, Sr. and Janice (Carpenter) Constantineau. He was a long-time truck driver and mechanic. He was a speaker for the West Brookfield Chapter of AA for the past 4 years. He enjoyed riding "Harley" motorcycles and being with family and friends.
Memorial calling hours will be held on Monday, July 17th from 5 to 7p.m. in the J.HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Roland Constantineau, Jr. Memorial Fund c/o Cornerstone Bank 176 Main St. Spencer, MA 01562.
