WORCESTER: Sandra L. (Frullo) Horne, 79, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, January 2, 2026 with her son by her side. Her husband Dennison C. Horne predeceased her in 2022. She is survived by her son Anthony Barton of Worcester; her step sons: Robert Horne of Worcester, David Horne and his wife Kathan of Worcester and Michael Horne and his wife Dawn of Hubbardston; 2 step grandchildren: Dyllan Horne and Skylar Horne and many cousins and friends. She also leaves her close friend Kelly Handy and her Bengal cat "Alice Mae".

Her sons, Jeffrey and Corey Barton both predeceased her.  Sandra was born and raised in Marlborough, the only child of the late Bartolo "Bart" and Ida (Noyes) Frullo. She graduated from Marlborough High School and worked for several area hair salons as a talented hairdresser all her life until her retirement.  

Her burial was held in Pine Grove Cemetery, Leicester, privately. The MORINFUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main Street, Leicester, handled her arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Sandra's memory may be made to: Easterseals MA, 18 Chestnut St., Suite 200, Worcester, MA 01608.
