Shirley I. Wilson

Shirley I. (Jennings) Wilson, 85, of 77 Waite Street died Wednesday, May 7 in her home after an illness.
Her husband Walter W. Wilson died in 1998. She leaves a son Barry J. Wilson and his wife Rita of Cherry Valley, two daughters Kaya Wood of Jacksonville, Oregon, Sue Robson and her husband Don with whom she lived, a sister Barbara Allen and her husband Ray of Vermont, 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren, 14 step-great grandchildren, 2 step-great great grandchildren, and three grand dogs Toka, Callie & Jedi all of Dover-Foxcroft, Maine.
Mrs. Wilson was born in Leicester daughter of William H. and Beryl (Conrad) Jennings. She was a former member of the Senior Citizen Club of Leicester. She was a volunteer for many years with the Tri-County Elder Services. She enjoyed gardening and playing the organ.
Funeral services and burial are private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association of Eastern MA, 311 Arsenal Street, Watertown, MA 02472 or to VNA Care Hospice, 120 Thomas Street, Worcester, MA 01608.
