Simone I. Thibault

Simone I. (Courchesne) Thibault,85, formerly of 7 Lincoln St., died
Monday, Jan. 2 at South Shore Hospital in So. Weymouth, Ma.
She was the wife of Ronald H. Thibault who died in 2003. She leaves two
daughters Paulette A. and her husband Martin McGillicuddy of Corpus Christi,
Tx., and Charlotte M. Scales of Taunton, three sisters Elaine Stipnowski,
Lucille Pisarczyk and Rita McQuaid all of Ware, four grand children Sarah M.
and Jennifer L. Dugan and Scott and Glenn McGillicuddy, several nieces and
nephews. She is predeceased by a brother Lucien Courchesne and a sister
Denise Beaudry.
Mrs. Thibault was a wholesaler at Thom McCann Co. in Worcester before
retiring in 1982. She was a member of St. Mary's Church and its St. Anne's
Sodality, Golden Age Club of Spencer and A.A.R.P. She enjoyed sewing,
knitting and quilting.
Born in St.Guillaum, P.Q., Can., she was the daughter of Hector and Alice
(Chagnon) Courchesne.
The funeral will be held on Friday, Jan. 6 from the J.HENRI MORIN & SON
FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer with a Mass at 12:30 p.m. in St.
Mary's Church, 60 Maple St., Spencer. Burial will follow in Worcester County
Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are Thursday, Jan. 5 from 4 to 6 p.m.
