Suzanne M. Madore

CHERRY VALLEY: Suzanne M. (Daige) Madore, 75, of Cherry Valley, passed suddenly and peacefully on Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2025, with her daughters by her side. Her beloved husband of 45 years, John P. Madore, passed away on April 20, 2013.

She leaves her three daughters, Jill Madore and her husband Kevin Delaney, Amy Dee and her husband Matthew, and Leah Fenner and her husband Derek; 7 grandchildren; Brian Delaney, Cara Riopel and her husband Justin, Olivia Jewett and her wife Amanda, Matthew and Michael Fenner, Koda and John Dee; 2 great grandchildren, Harper and Aubree; 9 siblings; Kenneth Daige, Peter Daige, Francis Daige, Patricia Daige, Thomas Daige and his wife Kathleen, Jack Daige and his wife Trisha, Robert Daige and his wife Crystal, Joanne Miller and her husband Dave, and Andrew Daige and his wife Kathleen, and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her sister in-law, Jeanie Dolen-Daige.

She was the daughter of the late James and Marie (Dufresne) Daige and lived in Leicester her entire life. She graduated from Leicester High School and worked as a bookkeeper for Worcester Tool & Stamping, Worcester County Welding, and Central Mass Crane. Suzanne devoted her life to her friends and family. She spent every day surrounded by her loved ones; her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren who treasured their Manya. She enjoyed "girls trips" to the Cape with her mom, sisters, and cousins. Yearly trips to Camp Ellis with her family were filled with a million laughs and memories.

The funeral will be held on Saturday, Jan.11th from the MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main St., Leicester with a funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. in St. Pius X Church, 1153 Main St., Leicester. Burial will be held at a later date in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Leicester. Calling hours are Friday, Jan.10th from 5 to 7 p.m. in the funeral home.
