T.Blaine "Robbie" Robertson

STURBRIDGE: T. Blaine "Robbie" Robertson, Sr. 86 of 128 Pine Ave., died Sunday, May 1 at Lanessa Nursing Home in Webster.

He leaves his wife of 64 years, Christina M. (Feigl) Robertson, three sons Thomas B. Robertson, Jr. and his longtime companion Anthony Frances of Satellite Beach, Fl., Gerald E. Robertson and his wife Janet of Spencer and Dale Robertson and his wife Lisa of Charlton, two daughters Jeanne M. Robertson and her companion Vance Granville of Charlton and Angela C. Haynes and her husband Jon of Petersham, 9 grand children, 4 great grand children, nieces and nephews.

Robbie was the owner/operator of Robbie's Industrial Equipment Service in Northborough, Ma. for over 20 years, retiring in 1977.

Born in Narrows, Va., he was the son of Emmons B. and Nellie (Reed) Robertson and later served his country during WWII with the U.S. Army in the Asiatic/Pacific Theater. He enjoyed fishing, boating and spending time on Lake Sebago, Maine.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 5 at 11a.m. in the J.HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer. A calling hour will precede the service from 10 to 11a.m. Burial will follow with Military Honors in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Camp Sunshine, 35 Acadia Rd., Casco, Me., 04015.
