Thomas C. Sheil

SPENCER: Thomas C. Sheil, Jr., 79, of Spencer, died suddenly, Tuesday, Nov. 28th in St. Vincent Hospital, Worcester.He leaves his wife Sandra A. (Demas) Sheil, his son; Michael D. Sheil of Auburn, brothers; Kenneth Sheil of Spencer and Jeffrey Sheil of Worcester, sisters Barbara Strassel of Long Island, NY, and Karen Speiwak of Charlton, and 4 grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his son; Thomas C. Sheil, III and his daughter; Cheryl Anne Sheil.
Tom was an assembler at Wright Line in Worcester for 37 years prior to retiring in 2006. He was born in New York City, the son of Thomas and Gloria (Schaffner) Sheil, Sr. He once served in the US Army. He enjoyed fishing and model building.
At his request, no funeral services are planned at this time. Memorial donations can be made to a charity of choice.
