Tristan O. George

SPENCER; Tristan Owen George, 26, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at his home in Spencer, MA.
Tristan was born in Campbellton, New Brunswick, Canada, on August 12, 1997. He spent his early years growing up in Eel River Bar First Nation, New Brunswick, where he still has deep family roots, before relocating to MA. From a young age Tristan loved history, and immersed himself in information about other countries, wars, and foreign currencies. This was an interest that continued into adulthood, along with his love for animals, and the outdoors where he enjoyed hiking and nature walks.
Most recently Tristan worked for Burdett Rubbish in Spencer, MA.
He is survived by his mother, Jennifer A. George of East Brookfield, MA, who will deeply miss his sarcastic sense of humor and beautiful smile, his uncles; Mark A. George, James A. George, Jr. (Nikki), Jack A. George (Michelle), and Christopher T. George (Miranda), his aunts; Kim A. George, Karen L. Larkham (David) and April J. Downey, and many cousins.
He is predeceased by his maternal grandfather, James A. George, Sr., his beloved maternal grandmother, Mary Alice (McBain) George, with whom he shared a special bond, and his uncle, Perry J. George.
Memorial calling hours will be held on Friday, January 12, from Noon until 2 P.M. in the J. HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer, MA. A Celebration of Life will follow at the Spencer Fish & Game Club, 155 Mechanic St., Spencer, MA.
