Violet Sanchez

LEICESTER: Violet (Markarian) Sanchez, 68, passed away peacefully on Sun. March 16th,in her home.

She is survived by her life partner of 26 years, Robert L.Ikey; 3 sisters, Brenda Markarian, Linda Mason, and Roxanne Martinez and her husband, George; and her beloved cat, Emily. She was predeceased by her sister, Jane Lippe.

Violet was born and raised in Oxford, daughter of the late Paul & Violet (French) Markarian. She enjoyed shopping and collecting wind chimes and dream catchers. She worked as a housekeeper at the Spencer Country Inn for many years.

Services will be held privately.
